Phase 1: Waking-up
Phase 2: Charting the Path
Phase 3: Starting the Journey
Creating the Family Vision
Many clients are not sure where to start. We provide a simple solution - a family vision process. In creating the vision, we engage in a disciplined process that will move the family towards working in the same direction. This process happens in three phases over sixty days.
To learn more simply roll your mouse over each phase below.
The family puts its new insights to work to develop a sense of common identity and direction. The family identifies core shared values and comes to understand common ground. The family practices new ways of communicating. Our families report that they not only understand each other better but have found new and creative ways to resolve differences that seemed impossible to bridge before.
Most families are complicated and it is difficult to know how to get clarity. Families can be blind to many patterns and issues that lurk beneath the surface and will prevent success. During this phase, we work to help families understand themselves, often for the first time. Clients who go through this phase describe the experience as coming out of a trance. They understand themselves and each other much better.
As the family designs the next steps, they will become committed to what is possible because they created it. Family leadership is essential, but it often finds new forms of guiding the familly through coaching, support, participation, teaching and engagement with humility and wisdom. Once the roadmap is complete and the first steps are underway, your family will never look back.
