Charting the Future

Many clients are not sure where to start. We provide a simple solution - a process by which the family can chart its future, come to agreements and begin to act. In creating this new future, we engage in a disciplined approach that will have the family all pullling in the same direction. This process happens in three phases over sixty days. The family puts its new insights to work to work together in productive ways Communication improves and decisions are aligned. There is greater accountability and more action. Our families report that they they are able to work together far more effectively towards common goals.

Most families are complicated and it is difficult to know how to get clarity. Families are often stuck and don't understand why they can't work together. During this phase, we give the family the tools they need to gain insight and control, often for the first time. Clients who go through this phase describe the experience as coming out of a trance. They understand themselves and each other much better.

As the family agrees to its next steps, they become committed to what is possible because they built it. Family leadership is essential, but the family works more collaboratively as a team because they are bought into the solutions they created. Once the future is clear and the first steps are underway, your family will never look back.
