We are internationally recognized thought leaders who know how to help families accomplish great things.

What we do is actually quite simple to understand.

It is well known that for families to succeed in the next generation, they must collaborate.  The term family governance has been used to describe this process.  While "family governance" sounds complicated, it is nothing more than the ability of a family to forge long term commitments to collectively support the individual and collective well-being for the family as a whole.

Unfortunately, most families don’t know how to do this work in sustainable ways. They may get along. They may not.  Either way they often don’t know what they should be doing or how they can come to the kinds of robust agreements necessary to truly support their long-term mutual well-being. Even when they arrive at agreements, often stubborn family dynamics undo their good intentions.

Our hard won approach fosters productive dialog, candid discussion, open thinking, and creative problem solving.  We help families developing solid resolutions that stick. More importantly, we help families follow through on these commitments and gain the skills they need to be successful across generations.

As skilled facilitators, consultants and coaches, this ability to help families cut through complexity, communicate more effectively and come to collaborative agreements that lead to committed action is invaluable to families who seek to accomplish great things
