Who we are:
We are catalysts for intergenerational success.
What we do:
We design and facilitate transformative family gatherings
that help families address immediate problems, unlock
possibilities and set foundations for long-term success.
How we do it:
Through inquiry, collaboration and engagement, we help
families see their situation in new ways, talk about it
differently with one another, align collectively and more
deeply, and finally act differently both individually and as a
family system.
Our Values:
We build with compassion by engaging clients with
authenticity, respect, creativity and wisdom.
Our Approach:
We bring multidisciplinary perspectives and personal depth
equal to the full complexity that exists in our client families.
We offer no simplistic off-the-shelf solutions. We see our
role as helping families build capacity and commitment.
Our Process:
Our work is phased. We seek first to understand our clients
through focused and adaptive inquiry. We then design and
facilitate family experiences that meet immediate needs and
build core competencies. Finally, we follow-up to ensure
that the commitments made at these gatherings endure.
Why it matters:
Financially successful families that intentionally build core
competencies foster demonstrable success, engagement and
satisfaction from generation to generation.
Deliverables:
In addition to the gatherings themselves, our engagements
almost always have tangible documented deliverables.
