Our Process:		Our work is phased.  We seek first to understand our clients through focused and adaptive inquiry.  We then design and facilitate family experiences that meet immediate needs and build core competencies.  Finally, we follow-up to ensure that the commitments made at these gatherings endure.

Our People:		Matthew Wesley, J.D., M.Div.  Matt was an estate planning attorney for successful families for over twenty years and has deep experience working with families across generations.  Before practicing law, Matt worked in professional ministry. Marcia Wesley, Psy.D.  Marcia is a psychologist with over twenty-five years of experience working with individuals and families.
